Audit-ready on the day, not the week before

Expiries tracked, incidents captured with every mandatory field, and a twelve-section audit pack you can hand over on a time-limited link. The audit log behind it cannot be edited by anyone, including us.

Compliance alert board. Twelve items inside a 14-day window, including an expired screening check and two credentials lapsing within a fortnight.

Nobody finds out a certificate lapsed from an auditor

Training certifications notify the worker 60, 30 and 14 days before they lapse. An expired screening check is a rostering block, not a report somebody reads.

  • 60 / 30 / 14 day alerts · Training certifications notify the worker before they lapse, three times. This covers training, not screening checks.
  • Blocks assignment · An expired NDIS screening check cannot be rostered.
  • Expiry heat map · Required items against expiry window, counted across the workforce.

Expiry list. An expired screening check blocks assignment.

Every field the Commission asks for, on the form

An incident form missing a mandatory field is a reportable problem of its own. The NDIS Commission's required fields, including the notifiable flag, are on the form from the start.

  • Mandatory fields built in · Including the notifiable flag, not added later as a custom field.
  • Deadline aware · Reportable incidents carry their notification deadline.
  • Audited end to end · Every change writes before and after state.

A notifiable incident with its Commission deadline and mandatory-field completeness.

Hand an auditor a link, not a folder of exports

Twelve sections, shared on a link that expires. No zip file sitting in somebody's inbox for the next three years.

  • Twelve sections · Composed from your organisation's records, with readiness shown per section.
  • Time-limited link · Access expires. You set when.
  • Immutable log beneath · Insert-only, with update and delete revoked even for the service role.

A shared audit pack. Twelve sections on a link with an expiry date.

The audit log is insert-only. UPDATE and DELETE are revoked at the database, including for the service role.

Any questions?

Can anyone edit the audit log?

No. It is insert-only; UPDATE and DELETE are revoked at the database level, including for the service role. Every create, update and delete on participant records, notes, incidents and claims writes an actor, a timestamp and before and after state.

When are workers told a certificate is expiring?

Training certifications notify the worker 60, 30 and 14 days before they lapse. That alert is for training; screening checks are enforced at rostering instead.

What happens when a screening check expires?

The worker cannot be assigned to a shift. An admin can override it with a written reason, which is recorded.

Does the incident form cover the Commission's requirements?

The NDIS Commission's mandatory fields, including the notifiable flag, are part of the form rather than optional custom fields.

Is one provider's data kept apart from another's?

Yes. Every table carries the organisation it belongs to, and row-level security is enforced in the database from the first migration, so one tenant's query cannot return another tenant's rows.

What does compliance tracking cover?

Worker Screening Checks, First Aid and other training certifications, participant consent and incident mandatory fields are all tracked against their expiry, and compose into the twelve-section audit pack.

How is the audit pack shared?

On a time-limited link you control, with an expiry you choose.
